Jeff Barker serves as Executive Vice President, Life Brokerage Division. In this role, he is responsible for leading and driving sales in Life Brokerage Distribution for Duncan Advisor Resources. He joined Duncan in February of 2021 after a long career on the carrier side.
Mr. Barker has over 40 years of experience in the life insurance industry. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Senior Vice President at AIG where he was responsible for Brokerage Distribution and Independent Wholesaling. Prior to AIG he was Independent Channel Head for MetLife where he managed the organization’s third-party business. Previously, he served as National Sales Vice President for Travelers Life & Annuity where he managed the firm’s independent life insurance business. Previous roles at Travelers Life & Annuity include Division Sales Manager, Regional Director and Financial Services Manager. Mr. Barker earned his bachelor’s degree from Grove City College and holds the CLU and ChFC designations in addition to FINRA Series 7, 22 and 63 licenses.
