Melissa has worked in licensing of the insurance industry for 17 years, mainly under bank insurance companies. She originally started with Wachovia Insurance, assisting the underwriter and working with contracts and licensing. She then continued with contracts and licensing at Wells Fargo Insurance and USI Insurance.

Melissa is originally from Charlotte, NC. She is married with 1 cat. Her and her husband enjoy camping all year-round in the southern states.
